I’m based in France and frequently travel for work and pleasure – taking my sketchbook with me wherever I go.
I’m a lover of architecture and have worked for many years in a range of architecture related jobs – architectural illustrator, architectural modelmaker, interior designer, educator, and more recently writer (see my sister site for details of my upcoming book – Interior Design : A Professional Guide).
My love of drawing was kick-started again in 2014 after ten days drawing in Morocco with a group of San Franciscan based artists – we had a ball!
I work mainly in pen, watercolour and colour pencil – occasionally I’ll get out the serious oils and canvas but usually time does not permit! Subjects are the details of my daily life, architecture and my six pack family of Jack Russells. I get easily bored, so sketches are usually very quick – 10 – 30 minutes!
Boring, but I need to say it – all the drawings on this site are by me, unless specifically credited to someone else. Please don’t use them without contacting me first…thanks very much.
